Why Choose Brees

Quite simply, we work for you. We are not an insurance company so we have your back every step of the way. We help structure your policy correctly so it responds every time. We help you with the right policy placement right through to claim finalisation, should this occur. We have your best interests at heart.

How do we do this?

The insurance industry serves up a dizzying amount of brand choice, policy options and small print to make it difficult for you to objectively compare insurance cover, willing many to surrender to the complexity and blindly renew insurance policies year after year, or turn with hope to the web, who help facilitate a solution but encourage us to focus, just as blindly, upon the cheapest provider. There is a smarter way, at no additional cost, to help find the cover needed, to pay for smart features but avoid costly add-ons that simply aren’t needed.

We help every insurance buyer to more expertly navigate the insurance market, to dig beneath the price. We ask the right questions to ensure your policy structure is correct, one that suit your individual needs.

We keep it simple by asking only the questions that matter, without compromising the protection your policy is meant to offer. We believe that too many questions leads to a narrowing of insurance protection so minimising our questions provides you with the peace of mind in knowing that your most prized possessions are in good hands with Brees.

What should you expect from Brees.

  • Generosity: We share our expertise and time openly, with communication that is warm and conversational

  • Expertise: We’re clear, crisp and always switched on. A helping hand providing clarity in a complex environment

  • Positively Challenging: We speak a different language to insurance companies and comparison sites. All for the customer

Just a friendly reminder before you start….

DUTY OF DISCLOSURE/ DUTY NOT TO MAKE A MISREPRESENTATION

Before you enter into an insurance contract, you have a duty to tell the insurer anything that you know, or could reasonably be expected to know, that may affect the insurer's decision to insure you and on what terms. You have this duty until the insurer agrees to insure you. You have the same duty before you renew, extend, vary, or reinstate an insurance contract.

For Personal, Domestic and Household insurance contracts, you have an additional duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to the insurer. To ensure you meet your duty, your responses to the insurer's questions must be truthful, accurate and complete.

IF YOU DO NOT TELL THE INSURER SOMETHING

If you do not tell the insurer anything you are required to, they may cancel your contract, or reduce the amount they will pay you if you make a claim, or both. If your failure to tell the insurer is fraudulent, they may refuse to pay a claim and treat the contract as if it never existed.
